What do you like to see in the new “Performance Review” module?

Of all requests for new features in OrangeHRM, 46.4% have been for an Employee Performance Review module. Now we have started the requirements phase of this long awaited module. You can also help us define this module by telling us what you would like to see in OrangeHRM Performance Review module by spending a few minutes to take the following survey.

    I would like to the option of entering Production and Quality details alongwith the Punch In / Punch Out Time option.

    This can be utilised in the Performance Appraisal Module, so that people with highest Production and good Quality gets appraised better.

    Functional Requirement for Leave Management
    A. Leave Drop Down and Leave calculation details. (Leave year would be from 1st Jan to 31st Dec)
    1. EL (Earned Leave) – 30 days annually. 15 days are credited every 06 months i.e. on 1st Jan and 1st Jun.
    Note- If we enter EL i.e. for 2 days it should directly get deducted from Bal EL on that date.
    2. HPL (Half Pay Leave) – 20 days annually. 10 days are credited every 06 months i.e. on 1st Jan and 1st Jun.
    3. Medical Leave – 10 days in a year (from date of joining) applicable to only contractual employees.
    4. Commuted Leave- If employee takes 1 day Comutd Leave then automatically 2 HPL should get deducted.
    5. CL (Casual Leave) – 10 days in a year
    6. EOL (Extraordinary Leave) – No credit balance. If employee takes 10 days EOL o1 day EL will be deducted.
    Note- If employee takes 10 days EOL or 5 days EOL twice or any combination up to days then 01 day EL should directly get deducted from Balance of EL on that day.
    7. Maternity Leave-
    8. Leave Encashment – maximum up to 10 days at a time at the time of LTC (i.e. one in two years). These leaves should automatically get deducted from Balance EL.
    9. Paternity leave – up to 15 days
    10. Leave Not Due-
    11. Comp Off –
    12. Special leave-
    13. Study leave-
    14. Other Leave – (this field should be text enabled).
    B. To enter the leave data i.e. from and to our user should be able to enter only employee code by which the page of that particular employee with all details should appear for further action.
