7) If a user had 2 days leave balance in year 2007, will the 2 days be bringing forward to year 2008?

If user had leave balance on previous year it will not forward in to the current year, There is a option to forward the leave quota defined in the previous year to the current year,

Following screens will explain that to you.

According to the above screen there are 8 remaining days to the user called subuser. when you go to the year 2008 you will see the following screen.

All the fields are listed as zero and there is a option to copy the previous year leave quota. If you press on that link(Copy leave quota from last year ) you will see the following screen.

Previous year leave quota is forwarded in to the current year but remaining leave will not copy into the current year.
