How have we improved our new Performance Module?
- Introduction of Objectives with Key results (OKR's) to provide more sophisticated and metric driven alternative to conventional goals
- Admin user can adjust the default section weights for Appraisals.
- Final rating of a performance appraisal is visible to a user if that user has been granted access to review
- Changes performed for individual reviews are now captured within the audit trail thereby allowing Admin users to review changes.
