The recruitment module has revamped with loads of new additions and is now a state-of-the-art ATS. The inclusions include:
Support for HOD user role with restricted access to the system by creating custom user roles and assigning them to the relevant employees.
Switch from day based calculations to hourly calculations, where all leave accruals and allocations, applications and reports will display leave in hours. The system will enable to shift from hours to days or vice versa.
Create custom reports across all modules with your own criteria, display fields and different types of reports. At present the custom report writer sits with the PIM module and is planned to be extended to the leave module. The remaining modules will be brought into the writer in via monthly releases.
Enhancements to the job and salary history have been planned for better usability and also to for integrate with existing workflow.
