Nepotism

Nepotism is a shape of favoritism proven to friends and family participants. It is the act of abusing one’s power or official position to provide favoration to a member of the family. Despite the existence of some sort of nepotism practices in relation to small, family-run organizations, studies show that nepotism can be a reason for reduced morale and dedication from employees that are not related to employers.
