How does the new Performance module support Continuous Goal Evaluation?

How have we improved our new Performance Module?

• Introduction of Objectives with Key results (OKR's) to provide more sophisticated and metric driven alternative  to conventional goals

• Admin user can adjust the default section weights for Appraisals.
• Final rating of a performance appraisal is visible to a user if that user has been granted access to review
• Changes performed for individual reviews are now captured within the audit trail thereby allowing Admin users to review changes.
